***Shipping Policy Update
In an effort to limit our exposure to the Covid-19, we'll be shipping out our orders once a week. Orders will be sent out every Thursday afternoon. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 9am EST in order to make it into the weekly shipment. Any orders placed after 9am EST on Thursday will ship on the following Thursday.

When Can I Expect My Order?
Right after you place your order you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship (although it will most likely ship sooner), and 1-3 days for your package to arrive. If you need an order sooner, please email email@example.com.
Why Does It Take Up to 1 Week to Process My Order?
IrisEyris is a very small business and can only ship out about once or twice per week. If you need your order sooner, please send an email.
What Shipping Method Do You Use?
We use USPS Priority Mail. We love it because it generally takes only 1-3 days to you, and also offers tracking so you know exactly where your order is once it’s mailed.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do! Just click the option for international shipping at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for apparel only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, within 5 days of receipt for exchange authorization.
Items must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. Any garments returned that are not fit for resale will not be eligible for exchange. No exceptions.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of your return shipment.
What's the return policy?
Due to the nature of the products at IrisEyris we are unable to offer returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Damaged goods must be addressed within 5 days of being received. Please email email@example.com for authorization.
If you purchase a product from a stockist that is damaged, please contact that stockist directly as a return or exchange would be up to the stores discretion.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
IrisEyris is not liable for lost, misdirected or stolen packages.
